Customs duties and taxes on international orders

-10% GST

Please note – all prices listed on items are inclusive of 10% GST (Australian Goods and Services Tax). This tax is not applicable to purchases by overseas customers, therefore the price will reduce at checkout.


+Your own countries duties and taxes

While we do our best to avoid customs duties and taxes on international orders, we do not take responsibility for any duties or taxes charged to deliver to your particular country upon entry.

In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all duties and taxes on the order upon the arrival of your goods in your country.  With this in mind we have attempted to subsidize some (or all) of the international postage, depending on the order amount, to reduce overall customer outlay.

To calculate whether your order will attract any duties or taxes, please use an online calculator or refer to your governments website regarding duties and taxes.

Return + Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, free from marks, stains or rips, as they may not be accepted for return.

Please enclose the proof of purchase with the returned parcel. Proof of purchase includes email printouts of online order confirmation or by filling out the enclosed Order Return Form.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


Shipping of returns

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping your garment will be deducted from your refund.

Inner Monroe is not liable for returned items lost in transit. It is at the customers discretion to register the returned package for tracking purposes.

We will notify you via email to advise when the item has been received.

Faulty Items

You should inspect your Inner Monroe garments for faults as soon as you receive them.

If you think there is a defect, please let us know straight away by contacting Customer Service explaining what’s wrong and attaching photos to your message. This can potentially speed up the returns / refund procedure.

Faulty garments must be faulty by manufacturer. A worn item with makeup stains or marks, or an item damaged as a result of failing to follow our care instructions, may be found ineligible for our faulty returns process.
